Boozy sausage class and lunch (social session)

From AUD $199.00
  • Duration: 3 Hours (approx.)
  • Product code: P1PKKF

Learn how to make sausages from scratch at this cooking workshop and lunch in Dulwich Hill.

The rowdy session is hosted by Sydney’s notorious Sausage Queen, Chrissy Flanagan, the force behind The Sausage Factory and Sausage Queen Brewing. She’s a self-taught sausage maker so has already made every mistake in the book, so you don’t have to!

Sausage lovers will have their fill of 37 local craft beers, female-made small batch wines and a house cocktail. For the non-drinkers there's nitro iced teas, organic soft drinks, a non-alcoholic cocktail and a range of non-alcoholic beers.

All dietary requirements can be accommodated, and even more vegetarians and vegans in groups of two or more can undertake a non-meaty sausage making endeavour.

With Chrissy’s tried and true recipe formula you’ll develop your own sausage variety, and gain the confidence and skills to come up with new sausages at home.

In this hands on sausage class we will cover everything you need to know to make your own sausages at home, and you'll take away the bangers you make to dazzle your friends and family.

We round out the afternoon with a big lunch, with lashings of bottomless booze throughout. It’s a ton of fun!
